About the Position
As a project manager with us, you are responsible for the entire project journey, from the first customer contact and quotation to planning, execution, follow-up, and invoicing. You drive your own projects with full responsibility for finances, quality, working environment, and personnel. You become the customer's natural contact throughout the project and work closely with our group leaders and assemblers to ensure that every delivery maintains the quality ABC Ställningar is known for. You report to the unit manager and become an important part of our team in Skåne. Our office is located in Veberöd and the position is based from the office.
Your Responsibilities
Manage customer relations, receive inquiries, and prepare quotations
Visit work sites and develop the best scaffolding solution for the customer
Plan projects from start to completion regarding materials, personnel, logistics, and any subcontractors
Ensure we deliver the right scaffolding at the right time
Manage project budgets, results, invoicing, and profitability
Participate in construction meetings and build long-term customer relationships
Lead, support, and develop group leaders and assemblers
Manage vacation planning and participate in recruitment
Monitor project status and finances together with the unit manager
Ensure compliance with our requirements for quality, environment, and working conditions in all projects
Who Are You?
You have experience from the scaffolding industry and understand how a project works, from the first customer contact to completed delivery. Perhaps you currently work as a project manager or work leader with customer responsibility and are ready for the next step.
You are a person who takes responsibility, enjoys making deals, and thrive with many contact points. You communicate clearly, have backbone, and dare to make the calls needed to move projects forward.
When the phone rings, you answer. When a problem arises, you find a solution. You are simply a doer who gets things done.
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience from the scaffolding industry
Experience in project management and customer responsibility
A business-like approach and experience in sales or quotation work
Experience planning personnel, materials, and projects
Good financial understanding and experience working toward budgets and results
Driver's license (category B)
