About the Position As a project manager, you'll have overall responsibility for both existing and upcoming framework agreement projects. You'll drive projects from start to finish with focus on time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role includes: Planning, leading, and following up on construction projects according to framework agreements Ensuring projects are delivered according to contracts, requirements, and customer expectations Serving as the link between clients, employees, and subcontractors Conducting procurement, managing project budgets, and monitoring forecasts Actively working with work environment and quality Contributing to business development and bringing in new assignments within the scope of our agreements You'll become a key person in our operations and an important representative to our framework agreement customers. Your Profile We're looking for someone with experience leading construction projects, preferably within framework agreements and building services. You're confident in the project manager role, experienced in collaborating with many stakeholders, and enjoy driving both people and projects forward. As a person, you are: Structured and responsible Communicative and relationship-building Solution-oriented with strong planning abilities Unpretentious and confident in your leadership Business-minded and decisive Qualifications We would like you to have: Knowledge of building technology, scheduling, and production preparation Experience with production management and leadership KMA knowledge, procurement experience, and estimation/pricing Good understanding of budgeting, forecast work, and financial follow-up Knowledge of contract law and ÄTA management B-class driver's license Good Swedish and English proficiency in speaking and writing Meritorious: Experience with framework agreement-driven projects Experience with Meps 2.0 What We Offer At HRB Service you'll get varied and stimulating work with significant impact on both customer relationships and business development.
