About the Role You will have a central role in our projects and be responsible for driving projects forward from early investigations and analyses through implementation and follow-up. The role combines expertise in physical security with qualified building project management. You work closely with the customer's organization, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals, requirements, budget, quality, and schedules are met. Responsibilities Take responsibility for and drive building and security-related projects from early stages through implementation and follow-up. Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects regarding time, cost, quality, and established goals. Participate in and lead project, building, and design meetings to monitor and ensure customer needs, requirements, and project goals. Ensure that requirements, guidelines, and functions within physical security are integrated into the building process. Support and guide the customer in building, project, and security-related matters. Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities and drive forward actions. We would like to see that you have: Experience leading and driving building projects, preferably from early stages through implementation. Experience in project management of security technical systems is a merit. Good knowledge of SSF regulations and experience working according to AB and ABT standards. Experience leading investigations, analyses, and work with requirements definition and prerequisite analyses. Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing. Strong administrative ability and good organizational skills. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. A class B driver's license is required as the position involves some travel. To succeed in this role, you need a good understanding of the entire building process and be able to see the connections between operational needs, requirements definition, design, production, and management. You are comfortable taking responsibility, creating structure, and driving matters forward, while also having the ability to collaborate and build professional and trustworthy relationships. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security regulations.
