In your role as Project Manager at Saneco Bygg, you will drive building projects from start to completion and be responsible for customer relations, finances, and execution. The role involves significant independent responsibility where you plan and lead multiple parallel projects simultaneously. Your work area will primarily be in the greater Stockholm region, where you will be based out of the office in Lidingö.
Your main responsibilities:
Drive and lead building projects from start to completion.
Manage customer relations, project planning, and financial follow-up.
Inspect projects and monitor work on-site.
Coordinate resources and ensure quality, schedule, and results.
Work with in-house production, existing subcontractors, and internal resources.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
Experience with building services or similar project operations.
Good knowledge of MEPS.
Business acumen and an interest in customer relations.
B-driver's license.
