Our office also houses COWI's other operations in building construction, environment, water, energy, industry, and urban planning. In total, we're approximately 70 people at the office by Triangeln station.

Construction Project Manager
As a construction project manager, you'll enjoy freedom with responsibility and a range of varied work tasks. You plan and organize your work independently, giving you significant opportunities to shape your daily responsibilities. Your tasks as project manager include:
planning and leading your own projects through the entire construction process
representing COWI through direct customer contact
cooperating with other COWI colleagues and building relationships
Beyond the project manager role, you're expected to take on other roles, such as design manager and/or construction manager, and contribute to developing our Malmö operations. We also value your ability to network and contribute to business development by finding new opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, you're excellent at structuring your work and maintaining organization and high quality in your projects. You have experience leading people in projects, you're responsive and focused on building good relationships while maintaining a business-minded approach.
Experience and qualifications
As a project manager with us, you have significant responsibility for driving our assignments forward. You have an interest in sustainability issues and in technical and digital development within construction. You're business-minded and ensure our customers' expectations are exceeded. We believe you'll do this through:
a civil/university engineering degree or other post-secondary construction technical education
working at least 8 years as a project or design manager in construction projects (as a client or consultant)
completing at least one construction project of at least 50 million SEK in the past three years as a project or design manager
an extensive network in the construction industry
Meritorious qualifications
We consider certain key qualifications as particularly valuable, and we think you'd be an especially good fit for this position if you have one or more of the following:
experience with complex or installation-intensive renovations
certified project manager (PMP, Prince2, IPMA, or equivalent)
certified KA
