Our Lighting Business Unit is a leader in Sweden in terms of expertise in the lighting field. We deliver energy-efficient comprehensive solutions to our customers. Our customers are the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction companies, and within the industrial and infrastructure sectors. Examples of areas where we work include road lighting, illumination of buildings, bridges, trees, and monuments. The Lighting East Central Department is now seeking our next project manager who is driven by working closely with customers and building long-term relationships. Your main tasks as a project manager will be to plan and drive existing maintenance and operation agreements as well as new agreements that we win in procurement processes. You are involved in the entire process from bid calculation to contract signing and then drive the agreements. You work together with technicians and subcontractors who carry out planned maintenance work, correct faults, and build new lighting systems. You are responsible for up-selling to existing customers and participate in the work of acquiring new customers. We are convinced that the most important quality to succeed as a project manager is your drive for business and achieving set goals. Your main work tasks: Lead and distribute work in your projects Manage the finances of your projects Handle contacts with customer, client, and subcontractors Compile quotes and participate in bids Procurement of contractors, services, and materials Economic and technical follow-up during project analysis Ensure that our quality and work environment procedures are followed Requirements Specification We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You are outgoing, receptive, and find it easy to build good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. The role also requires structure and organization. Since you will be working in various data and case management systems, you need to be comfortable with administration, thorough, and have the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. We also welcome you who are at the beginning of your career as a project manager, but have the right energy, will, and ambition to develop with us. We know you will develop with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Completed upper secondary education or higher within electrical work. Several years of work experience as an electrician. An interest in project management and project economics within the electrical industry and public lighting. A valid driver's license (Category B), as the role involves occasional day trips. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Good computer skills. Experience with construction law, basic work environment training, BAS U/P training, Working on Roads, and ESA are merits.
