DB FAST is seeking an experienced track project manager for a qualified assignment in the development of a comprehensive tram project in the Stockholm region. The assignment encompasses leadership and coordination of design, planning work, and technical deliverables within the track area, with responsibility for achieving the project's goals regarding schedule, budget, quality, and scope. About the Assignment As Track Project Manager, you are responsible for leading a multidisciplinary project team and ensuring progress on the project's main deliverables, including system documentation and planning and permit documentation. The role involves close collaboration with technical specialists, design consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders. Example of Responsibilities - Lead the work on developing the project's main deliverables, including system documentation and planning and permit documentation - Coordinate and ensure efficient working methods between sub-projects in design, planning, sustainability, contracts, and property - Manage planning, control, and monitoring of the project's schedule, budget, quality, and scope - Report project status and progress to project management and steering committee - Coordinate risk management, requirements coordination, and technical interfaces between the project's different functions - Develop decision-making documentation and project management materials - Lead, develop, and resource the project team in dialogue with project management - Participate in management group work and contribute to the program's overall development - Ensure the project's financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring - Collaborate with technical specialists, operational functions, and external stakeholders - Participate in project meetings, coordination meetings, and meetings with authorities and other affected parties Qualifications We are looking for someone with: - Multiple years of experience as a project manager in rail, tram, or other complex infrastructure - Documented experience in design and execution of major construction or infrastructure projects - Good knowledge of project management, scheduling, budget monitoring, and risk management - Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating multiple technical disciplines - Ability to work strategically, make decisions, and drive projects forward in complex organizations - Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders - Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Assignment Period and Scope Start: September 2026 End: December 2027 Scope: 40 hours per week Location Stockholm, with the possibility of some remote work.
