Generative AI is already changing how we work, learn, and develop our operations. We are now seeking a project manager who wants to lead our work exploring AI's potential together with the entire organization.
This is not a traditional IT project.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about development, learning, and change. You don't need to be an AI expert – what matters most is that you have the drive to get people engaged, try new things, and together create the working methods of the future.
About the Assignment
During the fall, we will conduct a broad initiative where employees learn more about AI, participate in practical AI labs, and contribute ideas on how the technology can create value in our operations.
As project manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the work from start to finish. You will work closely with management, department heads, AI ambassadors, and employees throughout the organization.
Your Assignment:
• Plan and coordinate the project's activities.
• Lead and support AI ambassadors.
• Coordinate training and workshops.
• Drive internal communication and engagement.
• Follow up on results and gather lessons learned.
• Report to the steering group and management.
• Prepare final report and recommendations.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience driving development or change initiatives.
• Is skilled at creating engagement.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Is organized and experienced in managing multiple activities.
• Is curious about AI, digitalization, and future ways of working.
Terms
Scope:
Time-limited assignment from August/September through the end of the year.
Scope approximately 50–100 percent depending on circumstances.
