Project Manager

About Us Our team Local Networks Business and Customer Delivery works to build a more sustainable society and drive development toward the energy grid of the future. We are tasked with ensuring that our power grids function and are expanded to improve electricity supply as a result of energy transition and powerful electrification. Your Role As a project manager in Malmö, you have a central role in realizing the energy grid of the future by leading investment and maintenance projects from planning to completion. You are responsible for collaboration with our contractors and ensure that work is carried out in an efficient, safe, and high-quality manner. You will work with, among other things: lead and monitor contracts manage project finances through budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as landowners, authorities, and contractors, to ensure project progress and efficient project delivery plan, monitor, and report on project time, cost, and quality ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with applicable requirements, guidelines, and safety regulations What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a university degree in electrical engineering or who has acquired equivalent competence through relevant work experience, for example as a technician, planner, or in a similar technical role. We would like to see that you want to contribute to the development of tomorrow's energy infrastructure and are motivated by working in an operation facing an exciting transition. We also welcome experience from other industries such as energy, heating, construction, water/wastewater, or fiber. To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in technology, a good understanding of the different phases of projects, and a willingness to take responsibility and drive work forward. You have the ability to make well-founded decisions from a holistic perspective and enjoy a role where collaboration is a key success factor.
