Project Manager/Coordinator – Activities for Individuals with Harmful Substance Use, Addiction, and Mental Health Issues Would you like to be part of driving the work toward Hagfors' future? The Employment Services Unit (AME) is now seeking a coordinator to develop and implement activities for individuals with harmful substance use, addiction, and mental health issues. The Employment Services Unit is part of Individual and Family Services (IFO), which also includes child and youth services as well as adult services. With us, you'll become part of development work where the transition to the new Social Services Act and Close Care are important cornerstones. Your Main Responsibilities ● Be responsible for creating and implementing meaningful activities together with staff from AME and the adult services group within IFO. ● Support participants toward a drug-free daily life through motivating conversations, guidance, and group activities based on evidence-based methods. ● Strengthen the individual's own resources, participation, and integrity. ● Coordinate and develop collaboration internally and externally, with the adult services group within IFO being a very close collaboration partner. Qualifications ● Relevant education as a social pedagogue, treatment assistant, social worker, or other equivalent qualification. ● Experience working with harmful substance use, addiction, and mental health issues is a merit. ● You are confident, social, and have an aptitude for building good relationships and collaborating. ● Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
