You have a complete overview of everything from customer contact, work preparations & risk assessments, self-inspections, to financial management. If needed, there is internal support available from both the calculation department, project support, and KMA. Since projects are spread throughout the country, the position involves travel where you are on-site at jobs. The company arranges accommodation in the area for the entire team. To make travel work smoothly, we would prefer that you live with good commuting and travel options in central or southern Sweden. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who finds opportunities in combining progress with good economics, safety, and who thrives in a social but systematic environment where work is carried out according to ISO-certified templates. We are looking for you who: Have at least 2–3 years of experience independently driving projects, leading staff, and managing safety issues (preferably with construction knowledge). Have a strong understanding of economics and budgeting. Hold a valid driver's license category B (required). Are a humble team player who values that we take care of each other. It is highly meritorious if you: Have experience with demolition projects (preferably larger projects from 5 million kr and above). Have experience with material handling (such as crushing, recycling centers, or asbestos) or have previously operated machinery. Have experience with the Next business system.
