The security industry is booming and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. Swedlock is a purely Swedish provider of digitalization and security solutions. We strive to stay at the forefront through technical development and innovation. Swedlock helps key-intensive operations simplify key management, streamline operations, and increase security. We have developed a digital lock system that is unique in terms of functionality, security, and user-friendliness. There are billions of mechanical locks worldwide waiting to be digitalized. As one of the most secure digital lock systems on the market, Swedlock meets tough requirements from the Swedish Theft Prevention Association (SSF) regarding connected products and components that are part of a digital lock system. We are proud of this because security, availability, and efficiency are hallmarks for us as we work with operations in critical public services and critical infrastructure. Since 2016, Swedlock has grown from challenger to market leader in home care, emergency services, and waste management. In recent years, we have also captured significant market share in critical infrastructure and property management. We have also complemented our direct business model with indirect sales through resellers and installers. Swedlock is growing rapidly and the number of projects is continuously increasing in both the public sector, critical infrastructure, and property management. To meet demand and ensure continued high quality in our deliveries, we are now seeking a project manager who wants to drive our customer projects from contract signing to handover to our aftermarket department. The role involves close collaboration with customers, installers, resellers, and internal specialist functions where you will play an important role in ensuring progress, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. About the Role As a project manager at Swedlock, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on our customer projects from project start to completion. You will be an important link between customer, sales, installation, support, and external partners, with responsibility for ensuring that projects are executed according to contract, schedule, and budget. Our projects vary in scope and complexity but share the common feature of containing both technology, operational development, and many different stakeholders. In this role, you will coordinate resources, identify and manage risks, monitor finances, and ensure that the customer receives a professional and high-quality delivery. You will lead project meetings, be responsible for project planning and reporting, and ensure that project activities are carried out according to Swedlock's common project methodology. The role involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, which requires good communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues. At Swedlock, you will have the opportunity to work with the digital security solutions of the future in an organization with short decision-making paths, high expertise, and strong growth ambitions. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience driving projects in a technical environment and who thrives with taking responsibility for both people, deliveries, and results. You are used to coordinating multiple activities simultaneously and have the ability to create structure, maintain focus on goals, and drive work forward even when conditions change. You likely have several years of experience in project management within IT, technology, installation, security, systems delivery, or other technically oriented operations. You do not need to be a specialist in locks or security systems, but you have a technical interest and a good ability to understand technical solutions and discuss them with customers and colleagues. To succeed in this role, we believe you: · Have at least 3 years of project management experience. · Have experience leading projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. · Are structured, self-driven, and take responsibility. · Have good financial understanding and experience with budgeting and follow-up work. · Are confident in customer dialogue and build long-term relationships. · Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Hold a valid driver's license (Category B). We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. It is important to us that you are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in creating successful projects and satisfied customers. What Swedlock Offers You We offer stimulating work in an exciting industry and in a company with very strong growth. You will join a great team with extensive experience that works closely together in a no-nonsense manner and with a good sense of humor. The work involves great freedom under your own responsibility. We have short decision-making paths and you will be an important part of our continued expansion. For further information about the position, you are welcome to contact Ulf Kullman, 0730-63 90 54 or [email protected]. The application deadline is September 20, but as we conduct ongoing selection, we welcome your application as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you!
