Description of the Business Unit The Property Division is responsible for the municipality's properties and works strategically and operatively on the management, maintenance, and development of the municipality's property portfolio. We manage projects that create functional, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose facilities for the municipality's operations. We are now seeking a Project Manager who wants to lead new construction and renovation projects and develop the municipality's properties to meet future needs. Your Assignment As a Project Manager, you work in a client role and are responsible for projects involving new construction, renovation, operational adjustments, and planned maintenance. The projects span the entire building process—from early investigations and design to implementation, final inspection, and handover. Your assignment includes, among other things: lead and coordinate building projects through the entire process manage budget, schedule, functionality, and quality procure and coordinate consultants and contractors monitor finances, contracts, and project results ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and quality requirements collaborate with operations, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders You work closely with operations, consultants, and contractors and have an important role in creating sustainable and functional facilities for the municipality's operations. Your Competence and Experience Requirements University degree, civil engineering degree, vocational higher education, or other education and experience that the employer deems equivalent. At least three years of experience in project management within construction or property projects. Good knowledge of contract law, such as AB 04, ABT 06, and AMA. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Class B driver's license. Meritorious Experience in project management within public sector operations. Experience with procurement under LOU. Experience with financial management and budget responsibility in projects. Experience with construction site safety coordination (BAS-P/BAS-U) Is This You?
