Project Manager

Absol Rail is a growing signal company founded in 2019 and is in an expansive phase. We are currently responsible for the operation and maintenance of the signaling system on Tvärbanan while running several exciting projects within railway and track infrastructure. We are now looking for a project manager who wants to be part of developing the business further. The role is broad and varied with significant responsibility where you will work closely with both customers, suppliers, and operational activities. Responsibilities As a project manager at Absol Rail, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and follow-up of our projects and agreements. You will be an important link between customer, operations, and management with a focus on quality, structure, and delivery. Your main responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate projects from planning to completion Responsible for project administration and technical documentation Prepare, review, and monitor project and quality documents Responsible for the company's QMS work (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety) within assigned projects Ensure that the business complies with applicable regulations, processes, and customer requirements Serve as a contact person for customers and clients Participate in customer meetings, follow-ups, and project reviews Prepare bids and participate in procurement processes Manage supplier contacts and purchasing Monitor budget, schedules, and deliveries in projects Contribute to the development of the company's processes, procedures, and management systems We are looking for someone who has B driver's license Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience with project management, project administration, or coordinating roles Good administrative skills and experience with documentation Experience with customer contact and business relationships Good computer skills and experience with Office 365 Meritorious Experience from the railway, signal, construction, or infrastructure sector Experience with QMS work and management systems Experience with Trafikverket or SL regulations Personal qualities We are looking for someone who is structured, self-driven, and responsible.
