Our ambition is to gradually create a significant portfolio of building rights for development and project properties with the goal of producing both rental apartments, condos, commercial spaces, and hotels for modern living. Some experiences and skills we are looking for are: planning, requirements management, project monitoring, risk assessment and quality assurance of budgets, schedules, construction contracts, and regulations. In addition to this, good collaboration skills are required. Experience from new development projects is a requirement. Every deal counts.
