The recruitment process is handled by Montico. About the Position We are seeking a structural engineer for our client ÄC-konsult. The role is ideal for you if you want to work in a small and streamlined organization where you receive significant responsibility and the opportunity to have an impact. The projects mainly involve concrete structures with high security requirements, and the position entails a broad role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. The position is full-time during daytime hours and begins with a six-month probationary period before transitioning to a permanent position. The work location is Eskilstuna, with the possibility of some remote work once you are comfortable in the role. Job Description In this role, you are responsible for project management during the design phase, where you coordinate the various aspects of the project and ensure that all parties involved deliver according to plan. You work on developing structural drawings in Tekla and also use AutoCAD and the Office Suite as a natural part of your work. You gather the project's requirements, create an overall picture of the needs, and follow up to ensure that the right activities are carried out, such as material orders and other practical tasks related to project development. Because the organization is small, it is also important that you are comfortable working pragmatically and can contribute where needed, even outside your core competency. We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is a structural engineer or has equivalent experience (for example, as a project-leading precast construction specialist or a project manager in construction) and has worked for at least five years in a similar role. You thrive in a smaller company where tasks vary and where your flexibility and pragmatic approach become important assets. The position requires that you have experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, and the Office Suite. It is also a requirement that you are a Swedish citizen, have no criminal record, and can pass a security clearance, as the projects are subject to high security requirements. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and would also benefit from understanding English.
