The Innovation and Development Unit (IoU) at Ängelholms Hospital has overall responsibility for the hospital's innovation, development, and digitalization work. We drive multiple assignments and projects with the goal of promoting proactive, person-centered, and coherent care where we leverage the opportunities of digitalization to make it possible. Our work spans from strengthening digital clinical competence within the hospital's care processes to EU-funded collaboration projects and system innovation in partnership with academia and industry, in both national and international contexts. DUTIES As a project coordinator with us, you have a central and independent role in building and maintaining the structures, systems, and routines that keep the unit running smoothly. You are the hub of our ongoing administration and follow-up and contribute to making the team's capacity available so that we can deliver with high quality. You work in close collaboration with the unit manager and the entire team. Your role is broad and spans from detailed administrative work to coordinating and supporting activities. When needed, you can also take operational project management responsibility for defined assignments. The role includes, among other things: • Case management and ongoing follow-up of the unit's assignments. • Compilation of documentation for the unit's monthly reporting to hospital management. • Financial follow-up and support to the manager in accounting for project funds, including externally funded and EU-funded projects. • Coordination of internal meetings, agendas, and minutes, including weekly team meetings. • Ensuring that the unit's support documents, templates, and process descriptions are current and accessible. • Administrative support to project managers and developers in ongoing assignments. • Coordination of communication and information flows within and between projects. • Planning and practical organization of project activities, workshops, and pilots. • Point of contact for collaboration partners in healthcare, academia, industry, and funding organizations. • Preparation of documentation for new project applications. The role also includes actively contributing to an engaged and competent cross-functional team, where collaboration, learning, and collegial support are central. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Experience working as a project coordinator or in a corresponding administrative and coordinating role. • Strong ability to create and maintain structures, routines, and follow-up systems. • Proficient user of digital tools for case management, documentation, and collaboration – we work in a Microsoft 365 environment including SharePoint and Teams. • Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. It is a merit if you have: • Experience with financial follow-up and project accounting, preferably in publicly funded or EU-funded projects. • Experience with project management or operational assignment responsibility. • Experience working in healthcare or the public sector. • Experience collaborating with actors in care, research, and/or academia. • Experience with communication and visualization of results.
