We are now looking for a project coordinator who wants to be part of developing collaboration between healthcare and service administrations. With us, you will have a central role where you contribute to ensuring that healthcare resources are used in the best way possible and where the patient's needs are always in focus. You can choose your work location between Malmö and Lund. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a project coordinator, you are the strategic link between care operations and Regionservice as well as other service administrations. You are responsible for coordinating, developing, and following up on service deliveries so that they meet the operations' needs for quality, function, and cost-efficiency. In this role, you lead and coordinate multiple parallel projects within service and operational development. You work closely with operational representatives to identify improvement areas, analyze needs, and translate these into concrete solutions that create value for healthcare. You are responsible for monitoring finances, budgets, and cost development within current service areas and participate in or lead work on agreements, procurements, and orders. The role also involves following up on deliveries and ensuring that agreements are complied with. As a project coordinator, you function both as a qualified purchaser toward our service providers and as strategic support to care operations. You coordinate matters within logistics, textile and clothing supply, meal service, facility maintenance, transportation, and other services that are essential for well-functioning healthcare. You independently prepare decision bases, analyses, and reports for operational management and other stakeholders, and you drive development work together with affected operations. An important part of the assignment is to build long-term collaborations and create mutual understanding between healthcare and service organizations. The position offers great opportunities to influence the development of the hospital's support processes and involves close collaboration with both internal and external actors. You will be based in Lund and/or Malmö, but assignments may also occur at other locations within Skåne University Hospital. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with relevant education or equivalent experience in, for example, project management, operational development, logistics, economics, or public administration. You have experience leading or coordinating complex projects and thrive in a role where you manage multiple parallel assignments simultaneously. If you have experience from public sector activities, preferably healthcare or service administration, we consider that a merit. You have a good understanding of finances, budgeting, and contract matters, as well as experience with follow-up and analysis. We require that you have good IT skills and very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. To succeed in this role, you are a structured and self-driven person with good analytical skills. You find it easy to prioritize between different assignments and work purposefully to create results. You have a business-like approach and feel confident in your role as a purchaser. At the same time, you are responsive, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trusting relationships. You enjoy collaborating across organizational boundaries and find it easy to navigate between different interests and perspectives. Furthermore, you are a clear communicator who can present decision bases and create engagement among different target groups.
