We are now looking for a Project Coordinator with project responsibility who wants to take a central role in our operations and help ensure that our projects are implemented with high quality, good profitability and an excellent customer experience. About the role This is a key role at our company, created to strengthen coordination between sales, design, procurement, production and the customer. You will be the hub of our projects and will be responsible for keeping the process together from the first customer conversation to delivery and follow-up. The role combines project management, customer contact and business acumen, which makes it both varied and developmental. You work closely with our design department and become the natural link between internal resources, customers and external partners. Your responsibilities Be the customer's primary contact throughout the project Analyze customer needs and work environments to identify the right solutions Participate in the development of quotes, calculations and project documentation Drive quote work and participate in pricing, negotiations and agreements Coordinate projects from order to delivery Ensure that projects are implemented according to schedule, budget and quality requirements Coordinate work between design, sales, warehouse and procurement Coordinate external assembly partners as needed Concretize requirements and ensure project progress Follow up on projects and identify new business opportunities with existing customers Who are you? We are looking for someone with strong drive, good structure and a genuine interest in technology, people and business. You enjoy a role with many contact points where you can take responsibility, create order and drive things forward. We believe you have: Experience in project management, project coordination or technical sales. Good ability to plan, prioritize and follow up. A solution-oriented and business-like approach to work. Technical understanding and interest in customized solutions. Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
