Work Tasks In this role, you will be part of the project management team, and your main task will be to support project managers and design managers in our railway projects. From early planning and design to construction. This position is intended for railway projects in Piteå municipality, but you will be based in Luleå. In the projects, you will contribute with structure, coordination, and follow-up. This means you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for and develop common working methods. Examples of work tasks: follow up project finances and manage invoices reconcile and update schedules and project plans work with risk management management of the project's digital structure and documentation environment minute-taking project reporting plan consultation meetings and open houses If you enjoy having an overview of the whole picture, creating structure, and making a difference in projects beyond the ordinary, you will thrive here. Qualifications Who are you? To succeed in this role, you have good communication skills and enjoy collaboration, as you will have many contact points and collaborations both internally and externally. You are organized and comfortable working according to clear processes, while also having the ability to prioritize in large workflows and can quickly analyze what is needed to move the project forward. You take responsibility for your work and plan and organize efficiently to meet set deadlines. You have a humble approach and actively contribute to common goals. You are motivated by active employee involvement where you take responsibility for your tasks in a goal-oriented manner while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the bigger picture by collaborating with others. We are looking for someone who has: a university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in construction and civil engineering, civil society building, or urban planning. Alternatively, other education in combination with relevant work experience that Trafikverket deems equivalent at least one year of current and relevant experience working in project management, project planning, or project administration in road and/or railway or civil engineering projects good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing valid driver's license for passenger car It is advantageous if you have: experience from road or railway projects relevant experience working with handling large amounts of information and high documentation requirements experience with projects involving many stakeholders and significant coordination that Trafikverket deems relevant for the position current experience with project and information management systems such as Project Wise, Projektportalen, Lime Other Information Would you like a flexible day-to-day work arrangement with the possibility to work from home?
