We are now seeking a project engineer who wants to help shape the future of air base systems. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and varied projects that span the entire lifecycle – from new construction to modification and maintenance. About the Position The Air Base Systems unit consists of two areas: air base equipment and fuel systems. We are now recruiting a new colleague to the fuel systems area who will work with development, procurement, and decommissioning of the specific equipment needed to support the Swedish Armed Forces with fuel supply, including fuel trucks, dispenser cabinets, and filtration systems. With your technical expertise, you will, for example, develop requirement specifications for new equipment and participate in procurement processes together with our procurement specialist. You will also monitor equipment in operation throughout its entire lifecycle. Your tasks will include, for example, proposing measures to improve or modify equipment and conducting technical investigations including deviation management. This is a role with many contact points where you will collaborate with engineers, procurement specialists, and lawyers on both small and large assignments. The position is located in Stockholm, and travel is a natural part of the role, both within Sweden and abroad. We also see it as positive if you have knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' organization and ways of working. Personal qualities are of great importance to us. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences and are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, is receptive, and solves problems in a constructive manner.
