We are now continuing to grow within the housing segment and are looking for a project engineer who wants to take clear responsibility for procurement and help ensure our projects have the right foundation from the start.
Your Workplace
As a project engineer at YLAB, you become part of a team where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are central to everyday work. You work closely with project managers, site managers, and other specialists and get a role where you shape the direction, pace, and quality of projects.
Your New Assignment
In this role, you combine the broad responsibility of a project engineer with a clear focus on procurement. You are involved from the early stages and follow the project all the way to completion. You create order, drive matters forward, and ensure that both details and the whole maintain a high standard.
You will work with, among other things:
Procurement and material selection – from quotation requests to contracts
Coordination of schedules together with the project group
Documentation and contract management as well as monitoring of budget and quality
Supplier and contractor contacts
Support in planning and implementation
Participation in design
Contribution to cost estimation work
The role involves many contact points, varied tasks, and a unique opportunity to follow the entire project journey from idea to move-in.
About You
We are looking for someone with engineering education in construction or equivalent experience. But above all, we are looking for a person who thrives in a role where structure, responsibility, and collaboration are crucial.
