Project Engineer for HVAC at IVAB

About the Position As a project engineer in the northern region, you will be an important part of IVAB's largest department. Here, a broad group consisting of project management, service management, installers, and specialists work together to deliver high-quality installations to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and production, with a special responsibility for creating structure, quality, and progress in our projects. You will be involved throughout the entire process – from inquiry to completed delivery – and will serve as technical and administrative support in both smaller and more complex projects. Your work tasks will include: Reviewing technical documentation and specifications at both technical and financial levels Together with the rest of the organization, setting internal goals that match customer expectations Coordinating technical issues with consultants, suppliers, and project teams Ensuring quality, documentation, and internal audits Monitoring project finances and contributing to analyses Participating in procurement and technical decisions Attending meetings and collaborating with customers and project managers Travel is part of the position. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a technical interest who wants to develop within project operations in the HVAC industry. You are a person who thrives in a coordinating role where you can combine technology, structure, and collaboration. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You are good at collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders and contribute to organization and progress in projects. Requirements: Post-secondary education in HVAC, construction, energy, or equivalent technical education Experience with or interest in HVAC, installation, or construction projects Good computer skills and experience working with digital tools Class B driver's license Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
