Work Duties In your role as project engineer and coordinator in the Southeast Link program, you will work to create structure and support in daily operations. You will help coordinate and follow up on common working methods in areas such as finance, scheduling, quality, risk, and digital project management. You will work closely with the project manager and provide support in administration, planning, reporting, and follow-up. The role also involves coordinating meetings for the program's management group and steering committee, preparing materials and documentation, and contributing to keeping information and working methods together in a clear and structured manner. In your daily work, you will have contact with several different functions within the Railway South Department and business management within Major Projects. This role suits you if you enjoy administrative tasks, value order and structure, and want to contribute to effective working methods and good coordination in a larger project. Qualifications Who are you? This role suits you if you have a structured work approach, are analytical, thorough and results-oriented, have the ability to see the bigger picture and can look ahead to develop structures and processes that meet the organization's future needs. The role also involves extensive contacts, so as a person, you should be relationship-building and have strong collaboration skills where you easily inspire and create engagement while daring to challenge the organization with new perspectives and alternative problem-solving approaches. We are looking for you with: a university or college degree in economics or urban planning of at least 180 credits, or other education combined with experience that we consider equivalent several years of experience in administration, such as follow-up, finance, forecasting, resource management, and risk management good knowledge of the Office package and confidence in digital working methods good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish We consider it a merit if you have: experience from large infrastructure projects within construction and civil engineering experience in developing, creating, or maintaining working methods and procedures Other Information The work location for this position is Kristianstad. In this recruitment, web-based tests are used as part of the selection process. Interviews are planned to be conducted via Skype in week 35.
