About the Role As a Project Engineer with us, you will have a central role in our global organization by providing technical expertise to Hägglunds' sales and service organization worldwide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence and contribute to technical development and innovation within hydraulic systems. Your role will be varied and broad, which gives you the opportunity to handle technical challenges, analyze complex problems, and find innovative solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity for flexible working hours and some remote work. Your main responsibilities include: Propose and develop customized technical solutions for hydraulic systems and mechanical adaptations in various customer applications. Provide technical expertise to the global organization. Work closely with the sales team at local, regional, and international levels to ensure customers receive the best technical solutions. Lead projects to ensure efficient and reliable systems. Create and maintain an international network of contacts within the industry. As part of this position, we also offer skills development in hydraulics during the first two years of employment. Requirements To succeed in this role, we see that you have the following competencies: University or college degree in areas such as mechanical or mechanical engineering Strong technical understanding and ability to independently solve technical challenges and analyze complex problems. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written. We consider it particularly valuable if you also have: Several years of practical experience in similar work areas, particularly in hydraulics or control and automation technology. Competency in CAD software, including BricsCAD and SolidWorks. Competency in executing projects in their entirety, including customer needs analysis and through to complete system delivery.
