Project Economist for ESF Project Would you like to contribute to an important project that strengthens the future of small craft businesses? Crafts Academy is seeking a meticulous, structured, and analytical project economist for a multi-year ESF-funded project on skills development for small craft enterprises in the Stockholm region. The project targets small business owners, sole proprietors, and micro-enterprises and includes, among other things, digital visibility, marketing, business development, sales, pricing, financial management, and sustainable business practices. The project is built on short and flexible training initiatives, workshops, micro-modules, mentorship, and networking. The position comprises 20% for 25 months. As part of our project team, you will: be responsible for financial monitoring in the project monitor budget and costs compile documentation for invoicing requests provide support in financial reporting ensure quality assurance of the project's accounting ensure that financial documentation is accurate and traceable work closely with the project manager and other project team members Required Qualifications Experience with project accounting, financial monitoring, or similar finance and administration work. Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Familiarity with structured work using financial documentation and records. Good system proficiency. Very high attention to detail and ability to work independently. Desirable Skills Experience with ESF projects, EU funding, public funding, or other grant-funded activities. Experience with invoicing requests and financial reporting to external funders. Experience with projects involving participant accounting, time reporting, or co-financing. Experience working in Fortnox. About Crafts Academy Crafts Academy is a vocational college that provides education in specialized craft professions. In this implementation project, the aim is to develop the skills of small craft business owners in the Stockholm area. The project gives you the opportunity to contribute with financial structure and quality assurance in practical, operations-focused, and meaningful development work. Scope and Employment Period The position comprises 20% and is limited to the project period. Start date: by agreement. Employment period: approximately 25 months. Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of some flexible work. Some meetings take place on-site at Crafts Academy, Medborgarplatsen.
