Assignment Description
In this role, you will step into a central, outward-facing, and relationship-building position. Your focus is on driving the project forward by identifying cost-saving opportunities, coordinating efforts across multiple departments, and translating data into practical, sustainable solutions. The role requires a very flexible approach, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive work style.
Your main responsibilities:
Operations-focused collaboration: Serve as a supporting partner to the organization's various departments to jointly identify unused PC computers and surplus hardware.
Needs analysis: Investigate and find strategic solutions to proactively reduce long-term hardware needs and associated licenses.
Stakeholder management: Maintain regular, professional, and trust-building contacts with employees and key personnel across functions throughout the organization.
Project monitoring: Analyze progress, follow up on status, and continuously report project results to the steering committee and relevant forums.
Financial management: Ensure that the project's set goals for cost savings and optimization of the license structure are achieved.
Requirements Profile
We are looking for a confident and senior controller who thrives working closely with operations in a complex environment. To fit this role, you have:
Senior experience: Several years of experience working as a project controller, operations controller, or equivalent role. Experience in IT projects, resource optimization, or Software Asset Management (SAM) is a plus.
Drive & Proactivity: Documented experience independently driving project activities and achieving set cost-saving or efficiency goals.
Relationship-building ability: Very strong experience managing many different contact points in a large organization with a flexible, responsive, and professional approach.
Analytical skills: Ability to understand complex structures, analyze data, and transform insights into practical and educational action plans for the business.
Language: Very good Swedish proficiency in both speech and writing (a requirement as the role involves extensive contact with internal employees).
