ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Project Controller, you will have a broad and varied role in project accounting and financial monitoring. You work closely with operations and support project managers and other key personnel with analyses, monitoring, and reporting to contribute to well-functioning and profitable projects. The role involves many contact points where you serve as an important link between the projects and the finance function. You also collaborate closely with other project controllers and are part of a team where knowledge sharing, humility, and collaboration are important success factors. Your responsibilities include: • Project accounting and financial monitoring of multiple parallel projects • Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Analysis of project results, costs, and forecasts • Reporting and monitoring in SAP, Excel, and Power BI • Support to project managers on financial matters and decision-making documents • Travel to project operations around Sweden as needed This role suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where multiple projects run simultaneously and where you work closely with both operations and the finance function. YOUR PROFILE To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in controlling, accounting, or financial monitoring within a project-driven operation. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and have a good understanding of how finance and project operations work together. We would like to see that you have experience in bookkeeping, year-end closing, and project accounting. If you have also worked with SAP, Power BI, and are advanced in Excel, that is highly desirable. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and self-driven. You thrive in an operation where the pace can sometimes be high and where conditions can change quickly. At the same time, you are communicative and find it easy to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and managers. You speak Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing and view travel as a natural part of the position.
