As a Project Controller at Init Sweden, you report to the CFO and work closely with project managers, operations, and finance. You will be an important part of ensuring quality in project tracking in an organization where projects are central. As a Project Controller, you will work with: Project tracking, analysis, and project controlling Cost tracking related to projects, costs, budgets, and forecasts Monitoring project results, margins, key metrics, and financial outcomes Support to project managers in financial matters and financial tracking Ensuring quality in data, reporting, and system documentation Contributing to the development of processes, working methods, and system support Reporting and analysis support to the CFO and management About the Role This is a role for you who wants to work close to projects in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and a fast pace. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you drive, develop, and build working methods within your area. About You You have several years of experience with similar tasks in project controlling in project-intensive operations, preferably from larger companies in technology, consulting, engineering, or similar environments. You work in a structured and independent manner, have good system skills, and thrive in a role with many contact points and close collaboration with project managers and operations. You communicate well and build trust with different stakeholders. Other Information The position is full-time based at Init Sweden's office on Lindholmen in Gothenburg.
