Description Would you like to be in the middle of urban development? The Development Administration is now seeking a controller to monitor major infrastructure projects. As a controller, you will work both operatively and strategically with budget, monitoring, forecasting, and analysis work and work closely with project management. You will be part of the controller unit within the Finance Department with 23 employees responsible for the administration's planning, budget, accounting, and monitoring. Responsibilities As a project controller, you are responsible for financial monitoring of certain major infrastructure projects. This includes working proactively with analyses, forecasts, reporting, and advisory services to contribute to strategic decisions and business development. The role involves several internal contacts, primarily with project management, leadership, and colleagues, as well as certain external contacts to support operations on financial matters. You contribute to ensuring that the financial aspects of projects and operations are highlighted and leveraged, and together with leadership and colleagues, you drive development and change work within the finance area. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: At least 3 years of higher education in economics, public administration, or equivalent Several years of experience working independently with financial matters and having worked closely with managers, project managers, or equivalent in monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting At least 5 years of experience in accounting, monitoring, budget, and forecasting work It is a merit if you have: Experience with investment accounting, project accounting, and financial management related to urban development projects Experience supporting project managers and project owners in financial matters within projects Experience with the project systems Antura and Hypergene Your working style is systematic and development-oriented. You have high IT competence and Excel skills. To succeed in working with us, you need to be responsible, driven, structured, analytical, and pedagogical.
