Project Manager and Site Supervisor in Earthwork and Infrastructure 247 Entreprenad AB is now recruiting a project manager and a site supervisor for our earthwork and infrastructure projects in the Stockholm area. We are a contractor specializing in earthwork and infrastructure, working on diverse projects for companies and other professional clients. We are now seeking two individuals who want to take responsibility and be part of our continued growth. Project Manager As project manager, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring our projects from start to completion. You will work with among other things: Project planning and follow-up Project economics, budgeting and forecasting Changes and invoicing documentation Procurement and subcontractors Contact with clients and other project stakeholders Construction and project meetings Schedules and production monitoring Quality, documentation and work environment Support and monitoring of site supervision in the field We are looking for someone with experience managing earthwork and infrastructure contracts. You need to be self-driven and have an understanding of both production and economics. It is important that you can plan ahead, follow up on what is happening in production, and maintain good dialogue with clients, staff, and subcontractors. Site Supervisor As site supervisor, you work closely with production and are responsible for daily planning at our job sites. Your responsibilities include among other things: Leading and planning daily work Coordinating skilled workers, machinery and subcontractors Planning materials and deliveries Reading drawings and technical documents Monitoring production Handling self-inspections and other documentation Work preparation and risk assessments Identifying and reporting changes and deviations Ensuring work is performed safely and with proper quality We are primarily looking for someone with hands-on experience from the earthwork and infrastructure sector. For example, you may have worked as a site supervisor previously or have extensive production experience and are ready to take the next step. You need to be able to take responsibility, solve problems and stay ahead in planning. We value people who communicate directly and who make things work on the job site.
