Project Manager New Construction in Stockholm

Isaksson Rekrytering is seeking an experienced project manager in new construction for a construction company in the Stockholm region on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone available for employment or willing to work through your own company. We welcome your application! Your Role You have overall responsibility for ensuring the project is executed with the right quality, within budget, and in a cost-effective manner. You are an active part of the design process together with the design manager and maintain ongoing contact with the client through construction meetings every other week and regular financial meetings. You compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and finances and ensure that the client's representative always has a clear picture of the project's status. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for quality, budget, and cost-effectiveness throughout the project Lead and coordinate subcontractors and the project organization Actively participate in the design process together with the design manager Conduct construction meetings every other week as well as financial meetings with the client Compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and finances Who We Are Looking For You have delivered large projects before and know what it takes to maintain budget, schedule, and quality in a complex residential project. You are accustomed to client dialogue, are clear in your leadership, and are comfortable with having ultimate responsibility. We are looking for someone with: University degree in building engineering, construction management, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, site manager, or equivalent leading role in construction projects Experience from at least two residential projects valued at a minimum of 250 MSEK Experience leading complex project organizations and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases Experience negotiating with clients and subcontractors Strong knowledge of contract law as well as finance, budgeting, and calculation work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office BAS-U certification Class B driver's license Contact Information and Application For questions about the position, you are welcome to contact the responsible recruitment consultant: Frida Lundqvist at phone number 073-526 33 29 or [email protected] Selection and interviews are ongoing.
