Your Role
You hold overall responsibility for ensuring the project is executed with the right quality, within budget, and in a cost-effective manner. You are an active part of the design process together with the design manager and maintain ongoing contact with the client through construction meetings every other week and regular financial meetings. You compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and finances and ensure that the client's representative always has a clear picture of the project status.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for quality, budget, and cost-efficiency throughout the project
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and the project organization
Actively participate in the design process together with the design manager
Conduct construction meetings every other week as well as financial meetings with the client
Compile monthly reports regarding execution, quality, time, and finances
Who We Are Looking For
You have delivered large projects before and know what it takes to maintain budget, time, and quality in a complex residential project. You are experienced in client dialogue, are clear in your leadership, and thrive with having ultimate responsibility.
We are looking for someone with:
Higher education in building technology, construction management, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, construction manager, or equivalent leadership role in construction projects
Experience from at least two residential projects with a value of at least 250 Mkr
Experience leading complex project organizations and multidisciplinary teams through all project phases
Experience negotiating with clients and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of contract law, finance, budgeting, and calculation work
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good computer skills and experience with the Office package
BAS-U certification
Driver's license (category B)
