About the RoleAs a Project Manager at Hedin Construction, you are responsible for leading and driving construction projects through our process from bidding, design to production and handover to the customer. The role involves overall responsibility for the project's finances, quality, schedule and work environment, while ensuring good customer relationships and efficient collaboration between all involved parties. You work closely with customers, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to create well-functioning and profitable projects. As a Project Manager, you have a central role in developing our business through a business-minded and solution-oriented approach. You work closely with and report to the Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include: Manage planning, implementation and follow-up of projects Actively work with project management and risk management Ensure project finances, quality and schedule Ensure project work environment and environmental matters Build and develop long-term customer relationships Manage and develop team members Contribute to business development and profitability The operations are based at our head office in Mölndal. Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, we see that you have several years of experience in a leading position as a site manager or project manager and have experience leading projects within residential, schools and other public construction. You have a good understanding of building technology and a well-developed ability to drive both production and finances in projects. You have a university degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience. As a person, you are confident, clear and engaging. You create job satisfaction in your projects and have the ability to get others to perform to deliver projects and results. You are communicative and create involvement through an open and structured approach. You have good administrative skills and are experienced in working with various digital systems and tools to support project management of our projects. We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who enjoys meeting other people and draws energy from collaboration and teamwork.
