The Project Manager Role As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for one or more projects. You ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality requirements, while driving business value through close customer dialogue and upselling. You lead a team of approximately 15 professionals, including site managers, supervisors, and project engineers, and are responsible for their development in line with departmental goals. Together with the site manager and others on the project team, you lead production according to NCC's operating system and with clear alignment with our values. About the Building Norrland Department We build and renovate everything from commercial and public buildings to residential properties – from Sundsvall in the south to Luleå in the north. The department consists of approximately 230 engaged employees, both professionals and skilled workers, who together create sustainable solutions for the future. Your Profile as a Project Manager You are a present and engaged leader who enjoys inspiring and developing your employees. You communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and have the ability to delegate and follow up. You have a strategic perspective and are driven by creating good business deals where both NCC and the customer win. Building networks and maintaining good relationships – both internally and externally – are a natural part of your work. We would like to see that you have: Construction technical education Several years of experience in construction production, preferably in collaborative projects Leadership experience as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, senior Site Manager, or Project Leader Good knowledge of production planning, cost estimation, economics, and contract law Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Additional Information The position is a permanent employment with placement at our fine office in Luleå where you also have access to a gym and covered parking spaces. A class B driver's license is required as travel may be necessary. This position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's security culture.
