CIVIL ENGINEER / BUILDING DESIGNER

Dlabaja, s.r.o., a family-owned company from Moravské Budějovice with over 30 years of experience in construction, is looking for a careful and technically-minded colleague to expand our team of designers in the position of Civil Engineer / Building Designer. We seek someone who can work with project documentation and wants to contribute to the implementation of construction projects. What you'll do with us: Create technical documentation for buildings in ArchiCAD Prepare documentation for budgets, building permits, and construction implementation - building passports, residential and apartment buildings, industrial structures Collaborate with site management, cost estimators, and the implementation team Propose technical solutions and project optimizations Work in our office in Moravské Budějovice We require: Knowledge of ArchiCAD (preferred) Secondary or higher education in construction or equivalent practical experience Ability to navigate building documentation and technical drawings Experience in the field is preferred, but not required We offer: Stable employment in a Czech family company with a friendly atmosphere and respectful treatment Salary up to 60,000 Kč + additional financial bonuses tied to your results and work quality Work with cutting-edge software and technologies (Leica scanner, TJI drone, etc.) Flexible working hours (by agreement) Opportunity to participate in development projects in Costa Rica and the USA Work on interesting and diverse projects Company-sponsored social events and celebrations Training opportunity even for skilled candidates with limited experience and construction education Occasional remote work Interested?
