We are looking for an AutoCAD designer who wants to learn, gain practical experience in drawing preparation, and be involved in the implementation of interesting construction projects. Job Responsibilities: • Creation and modification of drawing documentation (structural and construction), • Preparation of technical documentation for manufacturing and new orders, • Collaboration on implementing new products into production, • Support for the sales team in preparing quotes and cost estimates, • Development of work procedures and control processes, • Proposals and consultation on technical solutions with colleagues from design, manufacturing, and assembly, • For juniors - initially you will prepare drawings based on instructions from more experienced colleagues, gradually gaining opportunities for your own proposals and independent detail solutions Requirements: • Proficiency in the Czech language, including both verbal and written communication, is required • Secondary or higher education in technical field, construction background a plus • Knowledge of Czech language in spoken and written form is mandatory • Position is suitable for recent graduates and juniors (but we also welcome experienced senior designers to the team) • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD – orientation in the AutoCAD environment (navigation in user interface, use of panels, commands, layers), work with 2D drawings (drawing basic shapes, dimensions and text), drawing modifications and editing (copying, trimming, scaling, etc.), work with layers • Willingness to learn and develop – desire to gradually take on greater responsibility and work independently • Technical and analytical thinking • Responsibility, proactive approach to solving tasks, creativity • Attention to detail and thoroughness Employee Benefits: • Permanent employment contract • Above-standard compensation based on experience: junior 30–50,000 Kč, senior 40–60,000 Kč • 25 days of vacation • Meal vouchers 160 Kč/day with employer contribution • Company events – summer barbecue, Christmas party • Fresh fruit offered at the workplace • Corporate rate – Vodafone • Career growth opportunities • For juniors - after onboarding you can transition to an independent designer or engineer positionPosition: AutoCAD Designer/Draftsperson (Czech language) Start Date: May 1, 2026, Salary: 30,000-60,000 Kč/month Work Location: Žežická 522, 261 01 Příbram Contact: Donátová Kristýna Mgr., e-mail: [email protected] Additional Information: AutoCAD Designer/Draftsperson (Czech language) – Suitable for Junior Level (Recent Graduates) Become part of a team that designs modern modular buildings!
