Vindstilla café & meeting place has two locations in Malmö and one in Lund. Our units offer breakfast, coffee and light refreshments, lunch, and catering. In addition to café operations, we also have some employees working with garden maintenance, and moving forward with painting work as well.
The purpose of Stilla-Koncernen is to promote return to working life for people with mental health challenges who have had difficulty establishing themselves in the open job market. We maintain close contact with Fontänhuset Malmö, which works with psychosocial work rehabilitation, and we primarily recruit our employees from Fontänhuset Malmö. We offer work training opportunities, internships, and employment for people with mental health challenges based on their individual circumstances. The goal is to create a workplace that provides both income and supports individuals in their integration and personal development.
Your Responsibilities
As a project employee, you will have a supervisory role in the operations at Vindstilla café & meeting place working together with colleagues and the operations manager. There is an operations manager in the company who works strategically and also on-site in operations. You will work as a work supervisor and be based at one of our units, but when needed and by agreement, work at one of our other units within the group.
Qualifications
You should have an appropriate higher education degree in behavioral science, social work, occupational therapy, vocational and career guidance, or similar.
You should have:
• knowledge and experience working with people with mental health disabilities
• knowledge of the Swedish social security system
• preferably knowledge of social enterprise
• experience working with government agencies
• leadership qualities
• knowledge and experience working in café and restaurant operations

It is a merit if you hold a B-driver's license and have a car, but this is not a requirement.
