JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Project Administrator at Infranord, you will meet exciting, varied, fun, and social work. With us, you will prepare and compile materials and work in various IT systems. You have your own tasks and participate in different projects. We work with continuous improvements and hope you want to join us and challenge us based on your experience and ideas. Examples of job responsibilities: • Assist in creating documentation • Administer invoicing and invoice-related documentation • Participate in financial monitoring and production planning • Manage and follow up on employee training and certifications • Follow up and prepare documentation regarding work hours, machinery, vacation, etc. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: High school education or equivalent Professional experience in the field Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Experience with various IT systems Experience with invoicing As a person, you are thorough, driven, quality-conscious, and self-directed. You have good computer skills and experience working with Office applications. For this position, we see good flexibility and service orientation as important for delivering what we promise to our customers. Our work sometimes requires us to be quickly on-site at the workplace, which means we are looking for someone who lives in Östersund and the surrounding area or is willing to relocate.
