Do you want to help strengthen the future of small craft businesses? Craft Academy is seeking a meticulous, structured, and analytical person for a multi-year ESF-funded project on skills development for small craft enterprises in the Stockholm region.
The position is a combination of two roles: project administrator, 60%, and methods and quality officer/methods developer, 30%. Project administration runs for approximately 34 months and the methods and quality work for approximately 12 months.
The project targets small business owners, sole proprietors, and micro-enterprises and includes digital visibility, marketing, business development, sales, pricing, financial management, and sustainable business practices. The project is based on short and flexible training initiatives, workshops, micro-modules, mentoring, and networking.
As part of our project team, you will:
Manage participant lists, documentation, and project administration
Support the project team with bookings, materials, and practical coordination
Contribute to reporting, monitoring, and ongoing quality assurance
Structure and document the project's working methods
Work with methods development and monitoring design
Contribute to developing change theory
Support external trainers regarding methods, quality, and documentation
Contribute to developing a project model that can be used after project completion
Required Qualifications
Experience with project administration, documentation, or similar administrative work
Strong administrative skills and experience creating structure in complex contexts
Experience with monitoring, analysis, quality assurance, or methods development
Ability to work systematically with materials, processes, and documentation
Excellent ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Good digital skills and ability to work independently
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with ESF projects, public funding, or similar development projects
Experience with change theory, evaluation, or learning projects
Experience with educational administration, skills development, or participant-based projects
About Craft Academy
Craft Academy is a vocational higher education institution that educates in specialized craft professions. The goal of the implementation project is to develop the skills of small craft businesses in the Stockholm area.
This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to practical, operationally focused, and meaningful development work where administration, methods development, and quality assurance are important parts of implementation.
Scope and Employment Period
The position consists of:
Project administration, 60% for 34 months
Methods and quality work/methods development, 30% for 12 months
Start date: by agreement.
Location: Stockholm, with possibility for some flexible work. Certain meetings and activities take place on-site at Craft Academy, Medborgarplatsen.
