National Arts Secondary School Registration No. 90010937516 Structural unit: Emīls Dārziņš Music School Invites applications for a Project Manager position (0.5 FTE) (occupation code 2422 01) Key Job Responsibilities: For 0.5 FTE workload (20 hours per week): Prepare project proposals, develop project resource and cost plans, and submit project applications to funding competitions; Ensure project management, plan, organize, and monitor project progress; Create project documentation, prepare reports on project implementation progress and achieved results; prepare final project reports; Organize Erasmus+ travel arrangements at Emīls Dārziņš Music School; Represent the educational institution at various events both in Latvia and abroad. For 0.5 FTE workload (20 hours per week): Organize and coordinate concerts and events at the educational institution; Organize and coordinate touring concerts and events; Prepare concert and event programs; Communicate and liaise with cooperation partners in event organization; Provide necessary information for concert and event documentation; Assist with rehearsals and during concert performances. Represent the educational institution at various events both in Latvia and abroad. Requirements for Candidates: • Secondary or higher education (started); • Preferred experience in project management; • Experience in the cultural (arts, music) field; • Planning and organization skills; • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; • Native or fluent knowledge of Latvian; • English language skills for cooperation with international projects; • Proficiency in MS Office and internet resources; ability to work with office equipment; digital skills; • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings. We Offer: Monthly salary for 0.5 FTE: €1,288.00 Gross, before tax deductions; 0.5 FTE workload (20 hours per week) for an indefinite period; 0.5 FTE workload (20 hours per week) for a fixed term until March 2027; Erasmus+ allowance; Health insurance policy after 6 months of employment; Work in a professional and creative collective at the National Arts Secondary School, structural unit Emīls Dārziņš Music School.
