State Education Development Agency (VIAA), Reg. No. 90001800413, invites you to join its team Project Manager Adult Education Department Skills Management Platform Development and Enhancement Division (1 full-time position for a fixed term until November 30, 2029) We offer: • Interesting, dynamic and responsible work implementing projects and participating in the development and improvement of the Skills Management Platform: STARS, including website maintenance; • Work in a team with professional and responsive colleagues; • Gross salary from 1522 euro to 2045 euro after the probation period (position classified in family 39, level III); • Health insurance after completion of probation period and additional leave; • Opportunity to work part-time remotely; • Work location in central Riga. Key job responsibilities: • Maintenance of information, including posting/updating information on the website in collaboration with employees of other departments and the development team; • Develop and update information in user manuals/instructions; • Participate in platform documentation maintenance; • Conduct compliance verification of individuals for the project target group; • Provide methodological support to Platform users; • Maintenance of virtual assistant on the Platform; • Administer the Platform email; • Preparation of reports/accounts. Requirements for candidates: • Academic or professional higher education corresponding to at least the sixth level of the Latvia Qualifications Framework; • Experience in implementation or administration of programs funded by European Union structural funds or other foreign financial instruments; • Experience in document preparation and formatting; • Practical work experience in information selection and report preparation; • Experience working with information systems, databases; • Excellent communication and cooperation skills and conversation skills, ability to build positive relationships, accuracy and sense of responsibility; • Ability to process information using computer tools; • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively plan work time for task execution, work in stressful situations and within limited timeframes.
