The Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (registration number 90009756700) (a direct administration institution under the Ministry of Health, whose objective is to implement public health policy in the field of epidemiological security, disease prevention, and health promotion) invites you to join our team DIRECTOR'S OFFICE PROJECT MANAGER (permanent position) Requirements for candidates: * higher academic or second-level professional higher education; * experience working with European Union funds for at least one year; * desirable experience working in state or municipal administration; * experience in drafting legal acts and documents (regulations, orders, etc.); * ability to plan, organize, and manage all project phases; * ability to structure projects and monitor project resources; * skills to perform project risk analysis; * good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team; * ability to effectively plan and organize your work; * excellent computer skills (MS Office); * state language proficiency at C1 level (advanced); * English language knowledge at least B1 level*. Responsibilities: * ensure project organization, planning, and execution control, solve problems arising during project implementation; * ensure collection, research, and analysis of information and data relevant to projects, prepare reports; * organize and manage project team work; * perform project risk analysis and manage project risks; * develop project budget and monitor its execution; * regularly evaluate European Union and other international organizations' financial instruments and prepare proposals for potential financial attraction for the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control development; * compile proposals from the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control structural units for international project initiatives; * organize working groups to evaluate international project initiatives; * provide the Director of the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control with operational information on matters within competence as requested.
