We expect: higher technical education in construction, economics, business management, or management sciences; compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; desirable professional experience in the construction field and project management of at least 3 years; desirable experience working with document management systems; good knowledge and understanding of issues related to project management and the construction field; ability to set priorities, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team; ability to express and argue your opinion; ability to make decisions independently; ability to analyze large volumes of information; high sense of responsibility and precision; English language knowledge at least at conversational level, necessary for communication with allies; ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at user level; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: perform general and repeated inspections of buildings, structures, and engineering communications, preparing appropriate technical reports, inspection acts, and estimates within your competence; represent the client's interests in resolving issues related to design and construction work; organize, supervise, and conduct project management in accordance with regulatory requirements; organize, supervise, and conduct project execution management within the specified budget and timeline; receive and verify reports submitted by work contractors, work completion acts, and payment invoices; conduct (organize) necessary communications with parties involved in the project to ensure achievement of its objectives; develop or prepare and format documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts. To the second round of selection – interview, the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
