Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the development and implementation of projects in the culture, sports, and youth sectors, ensuring project objectives and results are achieved.
Prepare project applications, develop project budgets and implementation schedules, and secure external funding.
Coordinate project implementation, collaborating with municipal departments, funders, service providers, and other involved parties.
Monitor project execution, prepare reports, analyze results, and maintain project-related documentation and information circulation.
Participate in developing and updating development strategies for education, youth affairs, culture, and sports sectors.
Collaborate with municipal departments, working groups, and other involved parties, ensuring information flow and joint task completion.
Consult with residents and other target groups within the scope of the position's competencies, providing necessary information and support.
Prepare recommendations for process improvement, regularly update professional knowledge, and perform other tasks corresponding to the position's competencies.
Requirements:
Higher education in management sciences, social sciences, or economics.
Experience in project management.
Ability to prepare documents according to records management requirements.
Experience working with regulatory acts, records management, and document preparation.
Basic knowledge of accounting, budget planning, and legal matters.
Theoretical and practical skills in project management methods.
State language proficiency at an advanced level.
Ability to promptly identify and prevent potential obstacles.
Ability to set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to respond to non-standard and crisis situations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to quickly assess situations and make justified decisions.
