for a fixed-term position
Senior Project Manager
We will entrust you with:
systematically collecting, analyzing, researching, and presenting data using various tools to promote evidence-based decision-making in Riga City Municipality;
creating data models and visualizing numerical information in various reports;
preparing publications and presentations on Riga city development trends;
monitoring industry development and new products, independently familiarizing yourself with innovations in your specialty, engaging in continuous self-education, and improving qualifications;
preparing reports on the implementation of Riga's Sustainable Development Strategy and Riga Development Program;
participating in the development of procurement documentation, including technical specifications;
ensuring cooperation and communication with Riga City Municipality institutions, structural units, and other partners.
We expect from you:
higher education in social sciences (economics, spatial development planning, urban planning, social and economic geography, management sciences) or equivalent fields;
work experience corresponding to the position requirements;
advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or Power BI;
skills in compiling research results, conducting analysis, and preparing reports;
analytical thinking and experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization;
knowledge of the state language at an advanced level.
