ICT Project Management and Policy Planning Division – Project Manager
(for a fixed period covering another employee's absence)

Key job responsibilities:
coordinate information exchange between the State Defence Logistics and Procurement Centre and the Ministry of Defence on matters related to the development and implementation of the sector resource management system;
manage resource management system project processes, monitor progress, control timelines, ensure quality control, implement necessary changes, and prepare regular reports on project execution progress and achieved results;
organize and/or participate in meetings, commissions, seminars, conferences, and working groups related to resource management system projects within your area of competence;
represent project interests in other structural units and institutions within your area of competence;
participate in the evaluation of NATO and EU strategic documents according to your job competence;
prepare opinions on draft legal acts regulating ICT policy, prepare proposals regarding documents prepared by other state institutions on ICT matters.
Requirements for candidates:
compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the Civil Service Law;
compliance with the requirements of Article 9 of the "State Secrets" Law to obtain special authorization for access to state secrets;
academic or first-level professional higher education supplemented by studies in project management;
experience in project management, administration and implementation, project documentation preparation;
ability to collect and analyze large volumes of various types of information; ability to develop proposals for solving problems;
experience working with resource management systems (for example, Horizon);
good communication and presentation skills, ability to express your opinion clearly and substantively;
high sense of responsibility, accuracy;
English language knowledge necessary for reading technical documentation and understanding ICT terminology;
interest and knowledge in the defence sector.
To perform the duties of this position, the employee must use an independently established national electronic identification solution, namely eSignature eID.
This position is subject to Article 17, paragraph 1, point 23 of the Law "On Emergency Situations and States of Exception".
