SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for SECURITY SOLUTIONS AND SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER WE OFFER: - A position in central Riga (Nēģu iela 7) - Engaging and dynamic work in a consolidated company - Monthly salary 1850 EUR (gross) - Motivating benefits (health insurance after probation period, paid professional certifications, additional days off, training, etc.) - Professional development and advancement opportunities - Technical equipment necessary for work performance YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate the implementation of security systems projects (security alarm systems, video surveillance, access control and fire detection systems); - Plan and organize installation work execution in collaboration with teams and subcontractors; - Monitor work progress, deadlines and quality at facilities; - Cooperate with clients, suppliers and colleagues during project implementation; - Prepare and maintain project-related documentation; - Participate in facility handover for operation and ensure necessary documentation is prepared. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: - Higher or professional education in a technical field; - At least 2 years of experience in coordinating or implementing security systems, low-voltage or electrical installation projects; - Understanding of security alarm systems, video surveillance and access control systems; - Ability to read technical documentation and drawings; - Ability to prepare procurement documentation, technical specifications (services, supplies, repair work, etc.); - Good work planning and organizational skills; - Good Microsoft Office proficiency; - Category B driver's license; - Valid security certificate is desirable.
