The Product Development Center of Riga Technical University invites a Project Administrator to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project reporting deadlines and contract work completion schedules, preparing relevant documentation.
Organize and manage department record-keeping and related documentation.
Plan departmental financial resources and monitor incoming and outgoing cash flow.
Coordinate human resources financial flow within project/contract work financing frameworks.
Analyze and plan the department budget in collaboration with the department head.
Participate in diverse and innovative projects, administering them while adhering to project financing guidelines.
We Expect From You
Higher education (preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field).
Experience in project administration, preferably with experience managing EU-funded projects.
Ability to organize your time, meeting work deadlines, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Good computer and office equipment skills.
Good English language proficiency for working with EU project documents.
Experience with SAP systems will be considered an advantage.
We Offer
Salary from 1900 to 2300 EUR gross per month, depending on qualifications.
