We are now seeking an engaged and well-organized Project and Bid Coordinator who wants to contribute to our continued growth by driving projects and coordinating bid and procurement work. We are looking for a Project and Bid Coordinator who wants to strengthen our competitiveness by driving important development projects and creating winning bids. About the Role This is a varied and responsible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, development, administration, and coordination. You will have a key role in identifying business opportunities, coordinating bid and procurement processes, and driving internal and external projects that contribute to the company's continued development. The work involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and you will be an important link between operations, customers, and partners. Your Profile/Qualifications In this role, you will, among other things: Monitor and analyze procurement opportunities and business opportunities. Coordinate and project manage bid processes from request to completed bid. Work with contract matters and follow-up of procurements. Drive and coordinate development and improvement projects. Prepare decision-making materials, calculations, and analyses. Participate in business development and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, co-owners, and colleagues to ensure competitive and sustainable solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in project management, business development, bid work, or procurement. You are organized and thorough, while also having the ability to see the big picture and turn ideas into concrete results. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy driving matters forward. You have a natural ability to build trust and collaborate with different people and functions. We would like to see that you have: Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. Experience in project management and coordination. Experience in bid work and preferably knowledge of public procurement (LOU). Strong administrative and analytical skills. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good skills in Microsoft 365. Experience from the transport, logistics, construction, or service industries is a merit.
